I have never been more happy to sit down and make a meal plan than I was today. We have been eating really really bad lately. We’ve had donuts, hot dogs, cereal and all kinds of other non paleo foods this week. It’s now wonder though, since I failed to make a meal plan last week I kept falling into whatever was easiest. So of course we ate junk because it’s easy. This week I am putting a plan in  place and sticking to it.  Since I desperately need to take my own advice and make a plan, to finally shed these last 10 pounds. Here is what I have planned for this week.


  • Breakfast-Smoothies and Eggs
  • Lunch-Out
  • Dinner-Grilled Chicken and Veggies


  • Breakfast-Eggs, Avocado, Salsa
  • Lunch-Salad and leftover chicken
  • Dinner- Spaghetti squash and meat sauce



  • Breakfast-Fruit “Cereal” 
  • Lunch- Leftover ham and salad
  • Dinner- Fish(Hopefully I can find something discounted)


  • Breakfast-Eggs, salsa, and avocado
  • Lunch-Leftovers and salad
  • Dinner-Porkloin  Tacos



  • Breakfast-Fruit “Cereal”
  • Lunch-Broccoli and Tuna Bowl
  • Dinner- Grilled Chicken.

  1. Your menu sounds really good. That roasted grape and onion pork chops recipe looks really interesting. I’ve never had roasted grapes before…
